help with intresting logs from console

(many messages like this one) 7/28/09 7:43:54 PM pploader[219] Download from 'Ads, Spyware, Bogon, etc' (URL:'http://www.bluetack.co.uk/config/bogon.zip', File:'') failed with 'Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1100 UserInfo=0x14a3d440 "file doesn’t exist"'. anyone know how to fix the first one? and what is the second one? how do i remove vmnet to run from startup? how to unload audio kexts?? thanks! |

The first can be fixed with the UUID package from the iPC distro. Or search around for a download of this on insanelymac. Many distros have the fix. so check the distro you are using with Pacifist.
The second comes from PeerGuardian which is trying to download a list of blocked peers. Removing unwanted items from starting up System Preferences->Accounts->Login Items. You should also check to make sure that any kexts in /System/Library/Extensions aren't being loaded for vmware. Check with Terminal, using kextstat command. Then delete what you don't want, or use the uninstaller. -- MacBook Pro - have allergy to nickel in the aluminum casing.
