[Question]bootable snow leopard in usb but using windows 7 platform

can i make bootable snow leopard in usb but now i'm using windows 7..do u have any utilities software i can use to make bootable SL in pendrive while i using windows 7 platform...plez somebody help me..i wanna use mac os x in my laptop..
