Wired Internet Disconnecting! *HELP*

Well i posting it now from my Windows 7 (Did dual boot using Chemeleon 2).

Now for my problems(i have many but i will start with those at the computer ):
1. Im booting to macintosh, everything goes well and after about 10 min my internet disconnecting(the router seems fine but my computer doesnt have internet untill i reboot.
Maybe this will help? i ran the console when the problem append:

I tried Apple Software Update because the problem accuring usually when downloading.

2. I have no sound device and i tried everything to figure it out. [Solved]
