boot help

I hope I have this in the right section I am trying to install snow leopard to a partition on my mbr hard drive( which worked) I am having trouble booting it. I am using the empire efi version 1.08 to boot. My specs are
intel core 2 quad q9650
asus p5b-deluxe
ati all in wonder 2006
3 hard drives:
a 250 gb seagate (im using this hd for snow leopard)
a 320 gb western digital
a 1 tb seagate

as I attempt to boot I repeatedly get the following error what does it mean and how do I fix it?
