Desperate audio help!!!!!

Hey, to start off, sorry if I posted this in the wrong section, but i need help.

I've had my hackintosh for 2 months and been unable to get audio working.
The onboard audio on my motherboard is Realtek ALC888.

I've tried every HDA Kext under the sun but it does nothing. I donwload them, install them in kext helper, repair disk and the reboot but I still get no audio.

I go to system preferences, and there are no output or input devices.

Can someone please give me a step by step guide to get working audio
