iATKOS 7 Success but iATKOS S3 wont install

Hey people,

UPDATED CHECK BOTTOM POST!

Trying to get my system up and running as my wifes Mac is not cut out for video editing!!!

System specs
-----------------------------
Alienware Aurora system
9gig ram - only use 2gig when installing OSX
i7 - 920 cpu
x58 chipset
sata 320 gig 2.5 HDD used for OSX install - plugged into number 1 port
ATI 5780
Multicard reader - could this be causing the 0x3d error?

Basically i have installed iATKOS 7 a couple times now with no issues but when it goes to boot up it just throw me the buffer error "using 10485 buffer headers and 4096 cluster IO buffer headers". It just wont get past that point not matter how many times i change my install setups. On the install when its booting into the setup screen it throws me the "5 second time out 0x3d error" but it just continues to keep trying to load it then gives up and continues to boot the install unlike the iATKOS S3 v2 setup which just stops. The setup is flawless beside the 0x3d error it just wont boot and i would rather be using the newer s3 v2 version. All my bios stuff like speedstep etc has been disabled, and i try to disable every thing to do with USB besides letting the mouse and keyboard work.

Now i really would prefer to run iATKOS S3 v2 but it wont even boot into the install DVD it just keeps telling me "Found a transaction which hasn't moved in 5 seconds on bus 0x3d, timing out!" then it goes system shutdown, whereas with iATKOS 7 it continues past 0x3d error to finally boot into setup. I have everything unplugged on my machine only items that are plugged in are via USB which are a apple keyboard and mouse. I do have a multicard reader built into the system but in bios i disable everything to do with USB besides the mouse and keyboard, so im unsure if that method disables the cardreader, unsure if this is causing the 0x3d time out.

Some help on any of these issues would be great thanks.
iATKOS 7 will install but wont go anywhere after boot and S3 v2 wont even boot, im unsure which one i should be trying to attack to get working on my machine.

Im currently loading all setups with -x -v cpus=1 busratio=20

Thanks guys would really appreciate your help!

Ok i got the iATKOS 7 to work finally using a "buffer headers" fix i found on the net that replaces some ACIP kexts etc. Now i want to get all my hardware working, would it be best to install S3 v2 from my current iATKOS 7 working OSX or should i just build up 7 to work with my system. I cant boot in iATKOS S3 from my machine but iATKOS 7 will allow me to install it though the OSX once i get a GUID table setup.

Im unsure if 7 will work with my newer graphics card and PC etc.
Should i format my other HDD to GUID and try and install S3 on my system?
Or should i build iATKOS 7 to work with my pc?

thx lads
