Try this one

Snow Leopard 10.6.1-10.6.2 SSE2/SSE3 Intel AMD by Hazard
http://www.leohazard.com/

Select Legacy_Kernel
AMD Patch (boot loader is included)
NV Enabler
VOODOO Hda
NForceATA
For Lan try this (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/ind...&gopid=705283&)
ElliotForceLegacyRTC
IOATAFamilySATAFIX
DSDTPatcher GUI
EvOreboot
PS2 (if you have ps2 mouse or keyboard)

After install run DSDT Patcher
& install AMD Dual-Core Optimizer for Snow Leopard (http://osx86.co/f36/amd-dual-core-op...leopard-t6820/)

Your kernel panic is related to nforce controller kext. Try selecting other nforce ata kext in customize. If that doesnt help. you might want to try adding maxmem=2048 at boot arguments. When you boot the CD, press F8, type maxmem=2048, and hit enter to boot. If all of the above fails, try turning off that IDE drive you have.

Hope this helps.
