Broadcom 440x network kext and sound on 10.5.2

Hi all,
I just suceeded in installing 10.5.2 with dual boot vista on one harddrive. pretty cool! However, network and sound is not working yet. I searched the forum for my Broadcom 440x lan card and found a posting that says I need the 10.4.3 networking kext. Where can I find it and what is the preferred way for replacing a kext?
And if anybody has a suggestion regarding my SigmaTel sound device (DELL Dimension E521 workstation) that would be great!

and while your at it you should go here and get kext helper it comes in real handy when installing kext files

Thanks roisoft, networking works perfect now. Thanks bhast2 but sound is still not working. Any other idea what I could try?

Cool you got it working Jo. I have the same system and I have had a lot of problems, not installing but getting it to boot up. Can you tell me which ISO version you used? I used Leo4allv3.
