nForce3 kext problem

I have successfully installed 10.5.2 rev.2 Leopard, but I have changed the AppleVIAATA.kext and AppleNForceATA.kext with the ones from Tiger and during the install I choose the VIA chipset and not the nForce as it is my M/B (nForce3).

Everything seems to work fine but I when I try to launch Toast Platinum 8 or 9 the program stops responding and I have to force quit from it. I have tried to change the AppleVIAATA.kext with a modified one with my device ID but during the boot I get a "Still Waiting for root Device".

How can I change this with a fully working kext? My M/B is MSI NEO Platinum with nFORCE3 chipset and my HD's are sata.
