Volume Changes question

I think this might be a problem with my mouse but I would figure I would ask. For some reason when I'm in safari or itunes and I move the cursor to the volume it automatically moves lower without me clicking it. Now with safari if I watching a video the volume just drops to mute even if I bring it back up it drops again. Now this doesn't happen with youtube or firefox

Check to see if you don't have things activated in your Universal Access under System Preferences
