Mm. I first should do some homework, before posting.
"PC EFI V9 is specially designed for 10.5.6" |

Pc efi v9 by netkas might be only for Leopard, but in general Chameleon bootloader supports both of them. Why don't you use Chameleon v1.0.11 by chameleon team.

I' am trying to get Adobe CS4 working on 10.4.11 Tiger.
Tubgirl's 10.4.10 is perfect. (besides restart function, Sata DVD burn unsuported, tv-out that doesn't work), but this is not so important. I've tried Leopard, and various versions. (On PCWIZ 10.5.6 restart works) But on my system, i like the handling of Tiger, and there' s a lot of information on the internet to find, and this is why i continue using Tiger. My main goal is to run Adobe CS4 Master collection. Indesign Cs4 needs 10.4.11 to be installed. I downloaded the 10.4.11 update from Apple and ran it in AMD-Patcher-0.31. Did back-up the kexts and kernel and restored them after the update. On 10.4.10 system, i can save in Photoshop. And Illustrator starts-up. After update 10.4.11, i can't save in Photoshop (it crashes) and Illustrator doesn't start up. Is there also a solution for CS4 crash on save? Thanks. My specs: MacOS X 10.4.10, 8.10.1 kernel, Asus A8N-E, AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+, NVIDIA 6600 Geforce LE 256MB, 2 GB RAM, AC97 Audio, Maxtor SATA 233.76 GB harddisk, IDE 20 GB harddisk, Apple Mighty Mouse, Logitech keyboard/mouse. i dont see why you couldnt get leopard working on your machine, at least you wont have all these software issues with an up to date OS, try to find a compadable version of leopard, i suggest leo4all and see how that works for you

I've already a running Leopard from Zephyroth, didn't try Leo4all.
I can't get the graphic card right in Leopard. Also with Voodoo kernel 9.5.0 and iPC OSx86 Leopard 10.5.6, and EFI strings, it's the same. In Tiger the handling has a much more natural feeling, For example when i draw in photoshop.
