Prompt how to force to work my sound? ALC 887 (7.1)
The output works (stereo)-> AppleAzaliaAudio.kext
The input does not work (microphone)
My OSx86 on AMD
XxX 10.5.6.->update 10.5.7
Voodoo Based XNU 9.7

ALC887 is not very common, you would need to patch AppleHDA yourself to get it supported (very difficult).
You can try with VoodooHDA, it would be easier.

Check the VoodooHDA forums, you would need a clean installation, no HDAEnabler, ALCInject, modded AppleHDA, etc., as VoodooHDA works on its own and independently or any other kexts.
