snow getting small gray box with letters saiding shutdown your mac

hello eveyone

how can i fix this problem.

at time i get a small gray box that said shutdown your mac and restart.

is there a problem in the kernel.

when i reboot i can't get in the status boot, when i hold the tab key.
when i turn on my pc after the beep i see bios read the cd boot after that
black screen mac osx start booting.

how find out what kernel is install.. and if is stable...

my max os x that i install was " snow leopard_retail_64"
i install my mac osx by following this guide way..below

and its working, but sometime i get a small gray box saiding shutdwon your mac and restart by holding the power botton

Thats a Kernel Panic. Boot with -v , verbose mode. Tell me what it says or take a picture.

thats my problem that can't boot into boot status. at all
at time it boot mac osx, i hold down the tab key, but get nothing.
mac osx just continue loading..
