VMware install AMD using iDeneb 1.4

I'm trying to install with the least amount of items selected. See attached image for the kernel and amd patch. I chose a chipset (see Image) as well at least something I felt might be working.. using vmware....

My board is

AN832x
AMD 3700+ processor
nvidia C51D/CK804 SLI chipset.

Perhaps there is a different chipset that would work with the current board that is inside the iso?

See the second image as to what I am seeing during the last several minutes of the install...I see what seems like tons of permissions differ messages and I had this before and when it finally finishes and I try to boot into the os it just takes me right back to the install screen.. Almost as if all the files were different permissions and removed.

I've a feeling this will not boot after waiting what seems like several hrs. for this to finish.

I would appreciate any thoughts on this........
