Noob needing clarification

Ok, so I finally got my OSX86 installed, and I have some questions:

1) My mouse icon is all screwy. It looks like a bunch of green and white lines in a square. Any advice on where to deal with that problem?

2) I'm not sure how to enable dual monitors. I have a Radeon 4890, and I doubt I have the correct driver installed. In the DVD's customize menu, I checked "Radeon HD". It works nice enough, I suppose.

3) Aren't kexts basically the same as drivers? Is there a good resource for obtaining said kexts, because I have a Creative X-Fi "Fatal1ty" PCIe sound card.

4) Is there a way to map my Logitech mouse's thumb button to Expose?

Thank you for your patience with me. I'm probably in the wrong section, but "General" seemed to describe my need. I'm really excited about the OSX86 stuff, and I'm looking forward to getting comfortable with it.
