changed disk order, can't boot

I installed Leo on a disk, but then had to change the order of the disks afterwards. Now, when I boot with the Leo drive as master, Darwin can't load it. If I boot it as secondary, I get a no os error. It will only work as secondary with no other drives attached. How can I fix this?
