MyZar 10.4.5 USB not working

Hi!
I have an old Soyo Pentium 4 model SY-P4VTE motherboard with MyZar Mac OS X 10.4.5 working.
USB is recognized in System Profiler, but nothing happens when I connect a USB device. Even after a reboot.
I have been using a PS/2 keyboard and mouse. Would like to use a USB printer and have the functionaly of USB in general.
