Netgear WN311B BCM 4321

Hi,

My Netgear WN311B PCI Card (BCM 4321) doesn't work on SL.

Anybody has encounted this issue on SL 10.6.2 ?
Kext installed after Airport update done but still doesn't work.
If anyone could show me the way to fix this pb?
