What MOBO is better for Snow Leopard 10.6.2 retail?
1. EVGA X58-SLI (expensive option)
2. Gigabyte GA-X58-UD5 (expensive option)
3. Gigabyte GA-X58-UD3R (cheap option)

System:
core i7 920
Corsair Dominator 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1600MHz
EVGA 9800GT 1GB
OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W Modular. Will it be enough?

Work:
Graphic desing (Adobe CS4)
Video edit (Final Cut Pro)

Important for me:
Shutdown / reboot / sleep works
Firewire connector (video capture), Ethernet and Sound works please!

I need your recommendation to buy the MOBO easier to install and more compatible with Snow Leopard. All your comments will be helpful.
