How to uninstall Modbin's package - ATI X1650

please help...

I installed the Modbin package for ATI Radeon x1650 and nothing works on my desktop.
Lots of glitches, everything regarding graphics just works slowly...

Any help appreciated? I cannot bear another Leopard setup!
