Help me with Microphone Built-in

My laptop is Acer Extensa 4630.
CPU: Core 2 Duo T6400 2.0
Ram 2GB
VGA: X4500 (work)
Network: Ethernet Broadcom (work)
Wifi: Intel Wireless Wifi Link 5100 (not working)
Audio: HD (work)
Microphone Built-in And external (not working)
Bluetooth, Keyboard, Mouse, USB (work perfectly)
DVD (work)
So I have two problems left. That wifi and Microphone Line-in/Internal are not working. Some one can help me, plis.
When I boot I see this : "couldn't set recording from Source..."
Help me! Thanks alot
