Snow leopard 10.6.3 post install

Hi all
i recently upgraded my osx from 10.5.7 to 10.6.3 and i have managed to INSTALL snow leopard with success. However im unable to go past welcome screen and log in my registration details because the on board keyboard is not working, And also that all my usb ports are not working at all so that i can use them to connect mouse and keyboard. please help im new at this really and any help will be much appreciated.

Try burning the iBoot iso onto a CD-R. This is a bootloader that autoloads some common drivers. Tell your PC to boot of the CD and when the menu pops up, choose your OSX Installation.

Then it will load and you'll be able to log in. Next, on the same site that you can download iBoot, download the program called Multibeast. This will install all the same drivers that were loaded when you used iBoot to boot your OSX.

At that point, you should be able to reboot and boot into OSX normally and everything should be good.
