Will it work?

Hi,Im new on this forum and i was wondering if it would be possible for me to install Mac on my Laptop (that is currently running Windows 7)
I'm 100% new to those kind of stuff,but from what i've read,it doesnt work well with AMDs.
I'd like to know if it would work with my laptop wich has those:
-Its an HP 2000-140CA Notebook PC
-Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bits)
-AMD E-350 Processor 1.60 GHz
-4GB ram
