Hazard 10.6.6i

So hey guys

first of all: i'm german so maybe my english is a bit difficult to read.

second: here my story.

so last monday i decided to ---- up my 3 or 4year old vista installation which i updatet to win7. After that i ever wanted mac os x because i like it and i wanted it to work.

So i googled a couple of days, downloaded a mac os x, vmware to maybe mace some necassary changes and get a, end of all, a working mac os x on my pc system.

So here is it:
ATI HD3870,
Motherboard: MSI P35 Neo,
6gb of Ram,
Some Sata harddrives
IDE dvd ram
and onboard stuff + logitech headset, mouse, keyboard etc,
and a intel e8400 i guess (something with sse3 and 3,0ghz (should work with mac os x))

so i found out that the MSI Board needs to be flashed or something so i updatet the bios from 1.1 to 1.9.

BEFOR that i downloaded a retail of macosx, i put that .img into an .iso. mountet that .iso to my deamontools, which i connected forwarded to my vmware, in that vmware i restored a usbstick with 16gb from that img within that iso i created, and than i downloaded myhack installer, and used it to that restored usbstick.

so after that i tryd to install this mac os x.
i came to the screen, could format etc etc etc
and nothin happend ever when it wants to boot. i couldnt choose any extra extensions on that usb stick so i think i failed this recovery or something. so it didnt work.

so i installed back win7 from scratch and googled again.
so there came in the msi bios flash.
i flashed it to 1.9 from the msi site (no modded version because i didnt find anything)

then i loaded hazard 10.6.6i from fileserve.
burned it and tryd to install this too.
failed,
used the ppf patch IOATA or something.
failed again.

so in the installation chameleon i typed in -v
and there is the message i get everytime:
"ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin::start - waitForService(resourceMatching(AppleIntelCPUPower Management) timed out"

so i just dont know what am i doing wrong.
should i use iaktos or any other distribution?

i rly need help because im done with windows and i dont want to use it anymore.

maybe a modded bios
or a fix for the iso which kills this error.

i googled it too.
guys told i should apply a NullCPUPowermanagement.kext but i dont know how to apply it on the dvd and i dont think this will help

any ideas.

i'm a little geek.
so i can handle with pc's and stuff so i can use advanced things.
but if there is a simple solution i prefer this one^^

and what it gives to me before i gave up:
"still waiting for device reboot."
