MSI 790FX-GD70 And Phenom II X555

hello All,

Iam bad english i hope there can my help.

Bios change settings IDE to ACHI OK.

and have boot Empire EFI and Retail Snow Leopard DVD.

Boot start working and Start Efi and typ cpus=1 busratio=20 -v -f than say:
Kernel Trap and freezes

have boot Nawmod CD say:
not found ACPI not platform intel

how can i Empire EFI boot install CD only say Kernel Traps??

My Specificaties:

AMD Phenom II x2 555 Black Edition (na probleem BSD process) overclock to AMD Phenom II X4 B55 (955)
8GB DDR 3 1333mhz (Corsair)
2x MSI ATI 5750
MSI 790FX-GD70
2x DVD brander (SATA)
2x 500GB WD Black (SATA)
1x 1000GB WD Green (SATA)
1x 160GB WD (SATA)
