Inspiron 1420 wifi and sound

I am running 10.5.2 and I got my wifi working but after I repaired permissions my wifi stoped to work I don't know what to do I tried to install it again and it doesn't work and for my sound I have a sigmatel 9205 and I just can't get that to work if somebody knows what to do please help me thanks
