| hi everyone want to thank Zephyroth for great work first) I've successfully installed 10.5.1, it worked. When 10.5.2. appeared, i decided to do everything from scratch. So it began... The installer bootloader stops at a grey screen with a sort of a "turn off" sign and a message like "shutdown or restart" in 5 languages. I tried the -v mode, it says "unable to find driver for this platform: "ACPI". my specs: mb: ASUS M2NBP-VM CSM Athlon 64 x2 5200 2 gb ddr2 ati radeon 2600 xt separate ide-channel drive thanx in advance. guess, it's something BIOS related.. |
