They don't work. I've installed the kexts, but us before, GeForce.kext and NVDAResman have sent my kernel in panic, so i've erased them. Further I know that NVinject are not compatible with my card. Do I have to install kext with NVinject?

When the installer lets you choose, you must check both NVidia-Kexts and NVinject (depending on the amount of ram on your graphic card).
If you still have kernel panic, check that the dev-id that matches your card is in /System/Library/Extensions/GeForce.kext/Contents/Info.plist below IOPCIMatch.
