I had working 10.5.2 with dual boot Windows Vista. I was using windows bootloader with 4 files in C:\ , tboot, boot.ini, NTLDR, chain0.
After upgrading to 10.5.3 and kernel upgrade to 9.3 modbin, it booted inside mac OS, but when i booted inside vista, and when i again restarted , and i got boot menu option, i selected Leopard, it is not booting inside. Its showing boot menu again, even after repeatative pressing of Leopard, coming back to selection of OS only. does 10.5.3 changes to different chain0 file ? please help |

rohitpatil, it appears where Leopard is located is brining you back into the bootloader. This happened to me once. The best way to fix this is to do the following:
fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0 flag 1 write yes quit reboot Instead of using the Windows Bootloader, you will use the Darwin bootloader instead. When you press enter in those 10 seconds you will have options to choose between MacintoshHD and Windows NTFS (Foreign, Windows Vista). =) 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean.
