i dont know nothing about 10.5.2. is this a desktop release? a update or what?

is there already a release? will this be in the new rev2? a lot of questions but no answers please brighten me up

It hasn't been officially released yet, and it fixes several bugs.
However, It's about to be released shortly.

It's also going to be the largest update for OS X ever, with about 350 MB+ file size.

Yes, you can download it like an Servicepack. But then it's like in Windows: The system will crash.
