Can we get a thread to post what network hardware (NOT on-board--like PCI cards and such) works with Zephyroth? I for one am looking for a cheap yet quality NIC.

Try NIC with Realtek RTL8139D chipset. I got a "Level-One FNC-0109TX" for 6 Euros
and it works like a charm. (Onboard nForce didn´t). Leopard 10.6.5 | Core i3 | Gigabyte H55M-USB3 | ATI 5770 | Coolermaster Cosmos |

Many of the "less-expensive" PCI cards are built using the Realtek chipset.
Trendnet uses the 8139 in their 10/100 PCI cards and the 8169 in their gigabit cards Airlink101 does the same Many PCI cards made by Chinese manufacturers use Realtek's reference design (they all look the same...) 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean.
