Firewire Dissapeared (ipc 10.5.6)
So got my ipc build up and running with the help of the geniuses on this website but today i can't use the firewire ports. I have an maudio interface that has worked fine until now but not anymore. Same for drives
Any help would be much appreciates Computer Spec: AMD 4800 x2 Abit A8N-SLI Premium (Nforce 4) Geforce 7800 GT 512mb

I assume since you are running an AMD that you are using Voodoo kernel. That stated when running 10.5.6 your kernel is still 9.5.0 not 9.6.0 so use the Voodoo installer to reinstall the System.kext and your problems should be fixed.
