How to setup a regular french keyboard

Hello,

I have a regular usb french azerty keyboard.

My keyboard is detected as an "european" one. It works as an azerty, but I cannot access keys under numbers (as & é " ' - è _ ç à .. )

Is there a special kext to insert or a etc file to configure ?
