Hey, new here and need help

Hey guys,
I need some help with my PC, iv'e been using a mac for a long time, and also in a PC, now i have a new PC, and Vista... can't take it anymore.
So i decided to install Mac on it.
I downloaded iAtkos 5i, and i have this hardware:
Intel C2Q Q8200 at 2.4GHZ
2x2 GB memory at 800MHZ
Nvidia 9500 with 1GB Ram
Gigabyte EP45C-DS3R with 10 USB ports
DVD at IDE and 2 hard disks, main on SATA and secondery on IDE
Also TP-Link PCI network wireless adapter and a bluetooth USB adapter that connected to the mouse & keyboard(apple of course)
I have the ready bootable DVD, is there anything i need to change in the Bios or in the PC before installing?
if is there anything i need to know before i will be happy to know.
