Hi, I'm trying to install leo on acer laptop using Zephyroth cd (rev.1).
My specs are:
AMD Sempron 2800+ (SSE2 is supported)
ATI Radeon mobillity x600
ATA HDD

What I did:
- downloaded zephyroth iso, changed mach_kernel using the one posted on http://fariz.vie-incorporation.net/pro/2007/10/31/leopard-on-sse2-howto/
- ran installation on VMware machine.

Problem: installation freezes on:
Got boot device = [...]
BSD root: disk1s3, major 14,minor 7
Jettisoning kernel linker
CODE SIGNING: cs_invalid_page: p=41[configd] clearing CS_VALID

Any ideas? or do I have to wait for rev2?

Hi, I managed to install Leopard after changing mach_kernel on iso.

While system is booting, I'm still getting MACH reboot ( yep, I did copy again mach_kernel [/LeopardPartition/tempInstall/mach_kernel] - is this path right?)

nevermind, my mistake - it seems like macdrive did not wanted to show me mach_kernel on root directory - fixed system boot up just fine... BUT (there's always but ) .. but my keyboard doesn't want to work ... btw. it's a acer laptop.

a friend of mine had this too, on his Athlon 64 4000+. He tried it on his other system which is the same configuration (Asus A8N-SLI Premium Rev 1.02) but has an Athlon FX-57 there it was working. I also had problems with my 4000+, my 3700+ was installing without problems. Maybe some cpu types are having some problems.
