For compatibility with Leo, which notebook? Help apprecaited :)
Hey,
I am considering purchasing a laptop soon, and so far I have found three standouts, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me which ones will be compatible with osx86, which parts will work, which parts won't etc. I am extremely interested in knowing whether ethernet, sleep, and wireless will work. Thanks a ton. I already have iatkos 10.5.7 on my desktop pc, so I am roughly familiar with the installation process. The laptops are: ASUS X50GL-AP211C DC-T3400 http://www.centrecom.com.au/catalog/...ducts_id=38604 Lenovo G550 (intel gma 4500 :X) http://www.techcomputer.com.au/mambo...emart&Itemid=1 toshiba satellite, not sure which model. if you know, let me know, but i have contacted them and asked specifically which model it is http://www.mln.com.au/product/?itemID=674 Thanks very much

Goto osx86 website and look at the hardware compatibility list. This should give you a good idea which laptop to get.
