Accents

Hi!

I am Hungarian, and we use letters like é á ű ú ő ó ü ö.
If one of these are in any file or folder's name, OSX can't do anything with it. I can't open, edit, remove or anything.

How can I set up OSX's character encoding?
Or what can be the solution for this?
(no, I won't rename all of my files)
