Will iatkos v7 work on my HP m9400t machine

Hi all, I am very new to this whole process and am trying to build one of these systems as a research project. I tried to install iatkos V7 with the 10.5.7 and can't even get past the apple grey screen, with the following is my system info:

In addition i have a Dell Power Edge 400SC with the following spec.

I am able to install everything and get the install successful screen but when i transfer the Hard drive to my HP machine it just freezes on the grey screen,,,, PLEASE HELP Me.. What settings should i be using?
