iatkos/Vanilla?

This may sound a bit dumb, but all these different options for install really confuse me lol

I installed iatkos v7, which installed Chameleon v2 automatically.

Is this still considered a "vanilla install"? I can update from Apple with no issues, all my hardware is working now. I'm just wondering if I should re-install using the vanilla method or just keep what I have and continue with it?

I guess I'm confused as to what the difference is between the 2?
