Empire EFI 4 AMD with SB600
Hello all,
I have decided to install a retail version of Snow Leopard by using EmpireEFI (thanks to prasys for this package). But when i tryed to use it, i faced "waitng for boot device" problem, because my motherboard chipset wasn't supported. So i get a ATI ATA Driver optimized for Snow Leopard created by andyvand from http://www.infinitemac.com/f36/ati-a...leopard-t4441/ and added it to Empire EFI package. I have tested image on my hardware (in signature) and successfully get to install... errr... black screen. ![]() EmpireEFI author site and original thread (go here for latest version) http://prasys.co.cc/2009/10/empire-efi/ Download link: http://rapidshare.com/files/32263220...port_added.iso P.S: no kernel panic - no waiting for boot device - Zephyroths OSX 10.5.1 distro upgraded to ... 10.5.6 ![]() AMD Phenom X4 9500, MSI K9A2 CF,AMDŽ 790X (SB600), 4GB DDR2, ATI HD3850 Disable TLB fix http://www.infinitemac.com/f19/pheno...isabler-t2316/ - Compaq Mini 311c, Windows XP SP3 ![]() Last edited by Shadow3k; 12-18-2009 at 07:33 PM. |
