Mac OS X 10.5.7

Hey,
sorry my english isnt so good and i dont know if im here in the right topic.

I have installed Mac OS X 10.4.8 and want to update to 10.5.7. Its installed on VMWare. I need 10.5.7 because i want to run the Iphone SDK on it. So I installed 10.4.8 from a disk I downloaded it for some months, I dont know where I downloaded it. It runs perfectly but if I update it via Apple Software Update and restart. There comes an error:

I had installed 10.4.8 again on VMWare. What should I do to update?

Please help me.

I have AMD Phenom X4 9850.
