Iatkos 7 was working fine now kernel panic at boot!

Hi,
I have been using Iatkos for about 4 months with no problems what so ever until now!

Last night I was trying to install the Iphone SDK and it wouldn't let me install it. I tried a different progarm I know works (Adboe Photoshop) and same didn't want to install. It got stuck on the part where it says "Examining harddrives".

I thought Id reboot it so I did and it wont boot up at all! I got a Kernel Panic and it said this:
