I have most of the issues sorted now.
Just need to add my GTS 250 512MB card into the DSDT somewhere...

Enabling EIST is no simple copy & paste job.

To do this kind of DSDT Hack, you need to know the number of P-States defined on your system and each ones FID (FSB multiplier) & VID (Voltage ID) values.
