how do i know if im using vanilla kernel

Hi. It's probably a stupid question. I wanna know if my installation of hackintosh is using vanilla or not. I tried so many different methods and ways to install so i forgot what kexts and things i used for installing it. The thing i remember using was Kalyway 10.5.2 for installing it on my asus p5q pro, intel duo core etc.

I have searched the web what vanilla means and so on but i just dont know if im using it.

What does "uname -v" on Terminal tell you?
