no mouse or keyboard during gui install

hi

I would like to say hi to everyone.

i am trying to install hackintosh ipc 10.5.4(i think) or iatkos v7, when i get to the gui the mouse stays in the top left hand corner and the keyboard does nothing, they both light up though.

my hardware is CPU: Pentium dual core e5200 @ 3.21GHz, Motherboard: Asus P5n73-CM, GPU: Sapphire ATI Radeon 4670 512MB GDDR3, RAM: 4 GB ddr2, chipset: nforce 630i/7100.

i have tried two usb mice and a ps2 mouse. i know that one of the usb mice works because i have got to the gui on a different pc and the mouse moved

You should install 10.6.2 or later for your graphics card to be supported.
I'd recommend you to look into doing Retail Installation of Snow Leopad, as applying needed patches yourself, usually causes you less problems than using prepatched images.
