problem booting after install iatkos s3 v2

The installation goes perfect and booting to the installation goes perfect too, I don't have to use boot flags.
After the installation when it reboots I get a kernel panic and I've tried everything, I looked everywhere and I can't find anything and I always get the same kernel panic. Does anybody have a solution?

Asus IPIEL-LA3 (Eureka3)
Core 2 Quad Q9300
Samsung 4x2GB
Nvidia GeForce GT 230
