iAtkos S3 v2 boot problem on Acer Aspire 4715Z

I am having problem with my SL. Sometimes, SL tells me to press the power button to restart. My solution is boot in Ubuntu using a flash drive and delete this key from the com.Apple.PowerManagement.plist in /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration.

Any idea to resolve this? What kext will i modify or remove? Any suggestion is heartily welcomed. Thank you.
