How to enable QE/CI on 7300GT Silent 512MB ?

I was installing the 10.6.3 iKatos s3
Configuration is:
Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.8 Ghz
1Gb Ram
VGA: 7300 GT 512MB

VGA Install but do not get enough: CE / QI
But Resolution VGA Ram get enough

Now to enable QE/CI with my VGA Card ?
