H/W Compatibilty for OS X Snow Leopard

Hi everyone,
I'm a complete newbie. Confused by the various guides/sites on the Internet for installing OS X on PC I am making this post so that experienced users may guide me.
Here are my specs:
MSI P35 Platinum
Core2Quad Q6600
XFX 8600GT
Transcend 2GB 667MHz

I believe my hard disk is connected via SATA and my DVD-ROm via IDE. If it is important to know then please suggest how to check.

Please suggest how to install OS X (any guide) and whether I should use iAtkos, Kalyway, Leohazard, or what else.
