AMD Phenom II/790FX How to start?

Hey! I'm intressted on installing OSX on my PC. I'm new to this and don't know how to start.
My hardware:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X3 720 – OC 3.21GHz
Optical Drive: JLMS DVD-ROM XJ-HD166
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P DDR3 (South Bridge: AMD SB750)
RAM: Patriot Viper 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
Graphics Card: HIS Radeon HD4850 512MB
Hard Drive: Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 250GB 7200RPM SATA

After searching around the forum I found that I can either do the retail method or the Hazard DVD. Which way is easier and what would I need to do to support my hardware?
